Why do collectors dolls look like Winston Churchill ?
Tuesday, March 25th, 2008Whenever we go the Nuremberg Toy Fair we’re always horrified by the realism of what can only be collectors’ dolls - full size, very realistic baby dolls. But why do they - like so many real babies - always look like Winston Churchill? We’re sorry if that upsets the true collector - who must think they’re lovely. But thank heaven children’s dolls are more attractive and we don’t have to select these monstrous things for our range!
