We guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or give you a full refund with no questions asked, provided you return it to us within 28 days*. Please tell us your reasons for returning the items as we value your comments. Refunds and Exchanges

If you change your mind after completing your order, simply e-mail us explaining that you don't want to proceed. In any case we guarantee to give you a full refund if you return your purchase to us within 28 days. We regret postage and packing costs are direct costs that we incur, and cannot be refunded other than in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

If your original order qualified for free Postage & Packing but the subsequent return of an item or items reduces the total order value to under £75 then our standard £4.99 charge will be deducted from the refund.
