We despatch the majority of orders with ParcelForce who are not and will not be affected by any industrial action.  We send some smaller parcels using the new Royal Mail Tracked service which is proving to be very reliable and, we are assured, is also not affected by any strike action. Royal Mail say this on their website:

“We will continue delivering premium service items (Special Delivery™ and Royal Mail Tracked™) to customers.”

Certainly in recent weeks even where there has been unofficial action around the country our Royal Mail Tracked parcels have been safely delivered within the 2 to 3 day timeframe they promise us and we have not been aware of delay.

We will monitor the situation constantly and if needs be will send ALL orders via ParcelForce.  Rest assured your order will be safely delivered and – even more important than ever – if you need it for a particular date PLEASE TELL US so we can do everything we can to make sure it gets to you in time.
