Vacancy: Warehouse Team Members

We are looking for a number of Warehouse Team Members to help us pick and pack customers' orders.

Responsibilities to include:

• Pick, Pack and Despatch of customer orders
• Receive, check off and put away goods received
• Assist couriers with the collection (despatch) of parcels
• Check physical stock levels & restock the shelves. Maintain stock location accuracy
• Keep all areas of the warehouse organised, tidy and safe
• Work closely with the Sales Administrators and other colleagues to resolve issues
• Receive and process returns

Skills & Experience:

• No previous picking & packing experience required, training will be provided
• Able to work calmly under pressure

• Team player, willing to support others
• Flexible

This is a warehouse-based role

Part-time or Full-time

Various options are available: either full days (9am-5pm), with three or more days each week.  Some Saturdays, dates to be mutually agreed (typically every other Saturday).  Various start dates available including immediate starts or September/October start dates.

Vacancy: Customer Order Administrators

We have a number of temporary part-time vacancies for Customer Order Administrators.  

Responsibilities to include:

• Taking customer orders over the phone
• Processing orders placed on our website or through the post
• Responding to & resolving customer queries, issues & returns

Skills & Experience:

• Previous similar experience beneficial but not required, training will be provided
• Able to work calmly under pressure
• IT literacy

Candidate Requirements:

• Team player, willing to support others
• Flexible

This is an office-based role

Part-time or Full-time

Full-time or Part-time vacancies available.  Part-time vacancies would be three days a week plus some Saturdays.  Full-time vacancies would be Monday to Friday and also include some Saturdays.  Saturday dates to be mutually agreed (typically every other Saturday).  All vacancies to be full days (9am-5pm), with some later finishes by mutual agreement (6pm).

Vacancy: Personalised Gifts Team Members

We are looking for people to join our Personalised Gifts Team, to help us to make many of our wonderful personalised gifts for children

Responsibilties to include:

• Creating some of the individually personalised items that we make in-house, such as our
  • personalised pencils, pens and pencil cases,
  • named placemats,
  • our machine embroidered items
• Goods Receipting personalised items once made or delivered from suppliers

Skills & Experience:

• Organised, systematic & logical
• Focused, with good attention to detail
• Previous similar experience beneficial but not required, training will be provided

Candidate Requirements:

• Team player, willing to support others
• Flexible

This is predominantly a studio-based role but some of the tasks will be in our office or warehouse.

Part-time or Full-time

Full-time or Part-time vacancies available, full days (9am-5pm) - including some Saturdays from late Oct onwards.

About Mulberry Bush

We are based just off the A264 between Broadbridge Heath and Five Oaks.  As such, applicants need to be able to make their own transport arrangements.  There is ample free parking on-site but no public transport.  Find out more about Mulberry Bush here
