So here you’ll find everything you need to know about which of our cases and tins are compatible with each type of pencil or pen set. Whether you’re shopping for a birthday, Christmas, Back to School, a teacher’s gift or just a special treat, we’ve got you covered.
Personalised Pencil Cases
Our standard Personalised Pencil Cases and Personalised Pencil Cases with Glitter Writing are all the same size, and they comfortably fit:
- Any of our personalised pencils
- Felt-tip pen sets
Available in a lovely range of colours, you can also choose from glitter text or our exclusive Mulberry Bush designs, such as Rainbow Unicorns, Space Adventure, Jungle Safari, Fairies, or Ocean Life. Perfect for children of all ages.
Personalised Pencil Tins
Our classic named pencil tins are compatible with most sets, with two exceptions:
- Not suitable for: 24 Erasable Colouring Pencils (too long)
Not suitable for: 36 Personalised Colouring Pencils (too many to fit)

Here’s a breakdown of which personalised stationery fits in each case or tin:
- 12 Named Chunky Triangular Colouring Pencils – Fit all pencil cases, sequinned cases and tins
- 12 Personalised Colouring Pencils – Fit all pencil cases, sequinned cases and tins
- 18 Named Felt Tip Pens & Clear Case – Fit all pencil cases, sequinned cases and tins
- 36 Personalised Colouring Pencils – Fit in all pencil cases, not pencil tins
- 24 Named Erasable Colouring Pencils – Fit in standard pencil cases only (not tins or sequinned cases)
- Box of 12 Personalised HB Pencils – Too long for tins or sequinned cases (but fit after a few sharpens!)
- These come in their own named box, so you may not need an extra case at all.
